Education and School project for Uganda
CSU also conducts home and school visits to assess Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) who are performing poorly or not attending school, and encourages them to work harder.
To make this project sustainable, CSU recognizes the need to establish a school and vocational training centre that will offer quality education to the children and youth in Uganda. The school will not only serve the target beneficiaries or orphans and vulnerable children, but will also benefit children from the whole community
In this regard, CSU is seeking financial, material; equipment and logistical support to enable her acquire property, either an empty land where new school building will be put up or an existing building that can be refurbished and modified to serve the purpose. This will result in increased productivity and efficient delivery of services to the target community since the cost of renting school premises will be cut down, and the income generated will be used in other needy areas of the project.
Child Support Uganda is seeking donors to consider helping out with a financial and/or material support or both, to help CSU purchase the property for setting up a School and ICT Vocational training Institute for the orphans and disadvantaged children and youth in Uganda.
